The management track is the rest of the ladder: Assistant Controller, Controller, VP of Finance, CFO - and the only exit this profession offers, certifying the annual report. By playtime it is most of the career: the staff track is roughly the first tenth. Upstairs you close the year for CPE credits that compound run after run, the floor trades cubicles for glass offices, and the game actually ends.
