The short version: Reset Day does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There is no account, no server, no analytics, and no advertising.

The app lets you enter card nicknames, your bank's name as free text, annual fees, account anniversary dates, and the credits on each card - what each one is called, what it is worth, how often it refills, and how much of it you have used. This information is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data. If you use your device's built-in backup (iCloud Backup or Google's Android backup), that backup is handled by Apple or Google under their own policies and encryption, not by us.
The optional Pro unlock is sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We receive only anonymous sales totals from them, never your name, payment details, or device identity. If you turn on reminders, the app schedules notifications locally on your device (for example, “$15 left on your travel card. Last day to use it is Sep 30.”). These are generated on your phone and never pass through a server. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your device settings.
The app makes no network requests of its own. The only connections are those your device makes to Apple or Google to process a purchase or restore one.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and, since it collects no data, does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Reset Day is a reminder tool. Every date and amount it shows is worked out from what you typed in, so a credit entered with the wrong reset schedule will be shown with the wrong deadline. Card issuers change their credits and their terms without notice, and some post statement credits days after a purchase. Confirm anything that matters with your issuer. Nothing in the app is credit, legal, or financial advice, and the figure showing what a card has returned against its annual fee is a record of what you told the app you used, not a recommendation to keep or cancel it.
If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example if we add optional cloud sync, we will update this page, change the date at the top, and describe the change inside the app before it takes effect.
