Email [email protected] and a real person answers. Usually the same day, always within two business days.
None of these apps have accounts or servers. Nobody can look up your data to help you, because nobody has it. So the most useful thing you can send is what was on your screen and what you expected instead.
Where to find your closing date, why a due date may not appear, why the app says you are not clear to apply yet, restoring Pro, and what to include when a number looks wrong.
The daily puzzle is free and needs no account. Progress and streaks live in your browser, so clearing site data clears them, and a different browser or device starts fresh. Only the daily puzzle counts toward a streak: the archive and practice mode do not.
Anything else, email me.
Paid apps are sold through Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. On iOS that is reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell me what went wrong either way, because it is usually something I can fix.
Everything lives on your own device. Deleting the app, or clearing your browser data for the web puzzle, deletes all of it. There is nothing on a server to request, export or erase.
